Returns Policy

  • K1 Inc. will be happy to exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it or you need a different size.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping back to K1 Inc.
  • We cannot refund any shipping charges but will gladly pay to ship your new-exchanged item to you at no additional cost.
  • All items must be exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.

Afterwards, set your dryer to a low tumble dry setting to gently dry the garment. To prevent any potential wrinkling or damage, it is crucial to promptly remove the garment from the dryer as soon as it's dry. By adhering to these instructions, you'll maintain the quality and appearance of your garment for years to come.

What is your return policy?

For refunds on items with no exchange please contact our returns department at or via email at sales@k1brand.com. In most cases we will accept returns for 45 days after the date the items were shipped to the buyer. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the return.
