Billing Information
Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number (as they appear on your credit card statement). Any incorrect information may cause a delay in processing of your order or complete cancellation of your order.

Shipping Information
You can store multiple shipping addresses in your address book for easier shopping and checkout. We currently use USPS and UPS to ship all orders domestic and international.

Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time we may sell out of particular items. If the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order. You will have the option to choose another item, place the item on back order, or have store credit.

Payment Options
At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or PayPal as our payment options. Select any one of these options at checkout on our web site.

Sales Tax
We only have to charge sales tax for customers that are located in the state of California, Washington, Florida, and Arizona. Tax rate wil be the state tax within the states listed.
