- K1 Inc. will be happy to exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it or you need a different size.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping back to K1 Inc.
- We cannot refund any shipping charges but will gladly pay to ship your new-exchanged item to you at no additional cost.

- All items must be exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
- For refunds on items with no exchange please contact our returns department via email at returns@k1brand.com
- In most cases we will accept returns for 45 days after the date the items were shipped to the buyer.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition.
