We ship within the 48 contiguous Unites States, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to Canada.

What are your shipping options?

Standard Ground Shipping:
Usually takes 5-7 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

3-Day:
Usually takes 3 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

2-Day:
Usually takes 2 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

1-Day:
Usually takes 1 Business days for shipments to be delivered in the Contiguous U.S., after your order has been processed.

Priority Mail International:
Usually takes 5-10 Business days for shipments to be delivered outside the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

Express Mail International:

What is your return policy?

For refunds on items with no exchange please contact our returns department at (760) 268-0710 or via email at returns@k1speed.com. In most cases we will accept returns for 45 days after the date the items were shipped to the buyer. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the return.

What is your exchange policy?

K1 Inc. will be happy to exchange your item if you are not
satisfied with it or you need a different size. All items must be
returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. The
customer is responsible for shipping back to K1 Inc. We cannot
refund any shipping charges but will gladly pay to ship your
new-exchanged item to you at no additional cost. All items must be
exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.
